What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and product organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive talent through creative channels and networking.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer.
• Assess candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide market insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical and product roles.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship).
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage high-caliber passive talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting in gaming, consumer tech, or sports tech.
• Previous experience as a contract recruiter in embedded TA environments.
• Familiarity with technical interview structures in engineering and data functions.
