Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for AI, engineering, and product functions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Execute specialized sourcing strategies to attract AI research scientists and ML engineers in a highly competitive market.
- Manage day-to-day Seattle office operations, including vendor relationships, space management, and supplies.
- Develop and execute local employee engagement programs and events to reinforce company values and culture.
- Partner with the CTO and SVP of People to calibrate hiring bars and align local site strategy with global talent programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Seattle-based employees, overseeing onboarding and the in-person experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a proven track record.
- Expertise in recruiting AI talent, including Research Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle 5 days per week.
- Proof of long-term authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to improve recruitment workflows.
- Experience with modern ATS platforms, specifically Lever.

- Experience working at a growth-stage AI company.
- Background supporting satellite offices or distributed teams.
- Exposure to tools such as Rippling and Pave.

Hiring process

- Virtual screen with the SVP of People to assess recruiting craft and operational approach.
- Virtual panel interviews evaluating culture fit, values, and technical recruiting depth for AI roles.
- Final onsite interview with the CTO in the Seattle office.
