What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for national field sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
  • Partner with leadership and Provider Partnerships teams to execute effective hiring processes.
  • Deliver a transparent, organized, and efficient candidate experience.
  • Attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain and organize recruiting systems and candidate pipelines.
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume sales or GTM hiring.
  • Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and goals.

  • Experience supporting field sales recruiting.
