What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for national field sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
- Partner with leadership and Provider Partnerships teams to execute effective hiring processes.
- Deliver a transparent, organized, and efficient candidate experience.
- Attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Maintain and organize recruiting systems and candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume sales or GTM hiring.
- Experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and goals.
