What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 10β15 executive-level client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Data Analytics, and Sales to ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead contract renewal efforts and proactively identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional products and services.
- Conduct Stewardship Meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- Advise clients on benefits program design, regulatory compliance, and emerging industry trends.
- Act as an internal client advocate to resolve escalations and represent client priorities across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 15+ years of client management experience with a demonstrated record of success.
- Proven experience managing executive-level relationships within the employee benefits domain.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends.
- Must be based in the United States.
