Compensation: $140,000 – $176,000 yearly

What you will do
- Build and deepen multi-level relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs and C-suite executives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive license expansion and renewal excellence.
- Partner with clients to align the platform roadmap with their specific business priorities and outcomes.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional resources to ensure consistent, high-impact client engagement.
- Manage worldwide deployment and development of assigned marquee accounts.
- Own the commercial health of your portfolio, including achieving targets for licenses and professional services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership experience.
- 2+ years in a Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, or equivalent role.
- Direct experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, or DEX.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing at the C-suite level.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

- Strong background in strategic value delivery and roadmap alignment.
