Account Executive - Great Plains (CST or EST Timezone) (Fintech)

Salary: $150,000 - $155,000 OTE

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle sales deals from initial demonstration through to closing.
• Research and target prospective companies using various prospecting tools.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Perform platform demonstrations to new prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Document all sales activities and lead progress within Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a startup environment.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone.
