Service Writer (Agriculture)

What you will do

• Create, manage, and invoice customer and internal work orders.
• Process and authorize warranty claims based on manufacturer and supplier criteria.
• Verify warranty eligibility and resubmit denied claims to maximize recovery.
• Coordinate with Service Department Leads and dealers to improve dealership profitability.
• Manage the return of defective parts to manufacturers in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate billing and follow up with customers for prompt payment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of job-related experience (highly desired).
• Associate’s degree in a related service field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving history.
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight, weekend, or evening work.
