What you will do
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk, visitor greetings, and employee support.
- Manage supplies, kitchen inventory, amenities, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Support onboarding, workspace setup, and employee transitions.
- Plan culture initiatives, happy hours, team events, and community partnerships like Special Olympics.
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and logistics for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain office systems, budgets, invoices, and identify process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years in front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and phone skills.
- Customer service-oriented with professional appearance and confidentiality.
