What you will do

• Provide administrative support for engineering onboarding and training compliance.
• Manage and process engineering change requests (CRs, ECOs, ECNs) to ensure proper version control.
• Validate data alignment between engineering designs and production schedules.
• Perform internal audits of Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure ERP system integration.
• Generate routine reports from engineering dashboards to track project progress.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and production teams to resolve roadblocks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Technical institute certificate or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with database management, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of production and documentation requirements.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate scripts and automated workflow management.
• Familiarity with engineering or manufacturing environments.
