Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead performance marketing across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating on Meta, affiliate, lifecycle, and influencer channels.
• Build AI-powered automation systems with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and n8n to reduce manual marketing work.
• Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, attribution data, and lift studies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop recommendations for advertising copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, targeting, and testing structures.
• Prepare clear performance reports with synthesized insights and actionable next steps.
• Monitor advertising trends, new ad products, and evolving performance marketing practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns on at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proven success with direct-to-consumer brands and annual campaign budgets above $1M.
• Experience building AI-based automation and analytics tools with platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, or Cursor.
• Experience with analytics tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms.
• Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, modern attribution platforms, and geo-lift, conversion-lift, or brand-lift studies.
• Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and create plans from the ground up.
