What you will do

• Lead performance marketing across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating on Meta and Affiliate channels.
• Build growth and automation systems using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and n8n to increase efficiency.
• Analyze KPIs and collaborate with data teams to continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficiency.
• Synthesize campaign insights into accurate reports with actionable next steps.
• Rapidly iterate on copy, creative, and bidding strategies using both qualitative and quantitative metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Google, YouTube, Meta, or TikTok Ads for D2C brands.
• Proven success managing annual campaign budgets exceeding $1M.
• Experience building marketing automation tools using AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).
• Proficiency in analytics tools including SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, and Excel.
• Strong familiarity with modern attribution platforms like Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.
• Must be based in the USA (NYC, SF, or Remote).

Nice to have

• Experience designing or interpreting geo-lift, conversion lift, or brand lift studies.
