What you will do

  • Support the strategic PMO agenda for co-manufacturing, including project planning, milestone management, and risk tracking.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, governance trackers, and executive-ready updates for Product Supply priorities.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Quality, Logistics, and Finance teams to align deliverables and timelines.
  • Track performance of initiatives against KPIs, savings targets, and service metrics.
  • Analyze data related to capacity, supply continuity, and cost to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare materials for leadership reviews and steering committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, PMO, strategic planning, or manufacturing.
  • Strong project management fundamentals and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating executive-level materials.
  • Working knowledge of demand and supply planning, sourcing, and logistics.
  • Based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or relevant advanced certification.
  • Experience in consumer products or fast-moving operational environments.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and data visualization tools.
