Salary: 68,000–75,000 CAD

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end MRO procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, and purchase order management.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and optimize cost, quality, and service levels.
• Act as a primary liaison between North American operations and the global Supply Chain team in Shenzhen.
• Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to support material requirements and production schedules.
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and operational excellence principles.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Purchasing.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a related procurement role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., JD Edwards).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Kitchener, ON for a hybrid role.
