What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Engineering to deliver data-driven optimization solutions.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and scenario analyses to improve demand planning accuracy and inventory positioning.
• Implement optimization approaches to balance service levels, inventory costs, and capacity constraints.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and risks, translating findings into actionable production and demand recommendations.
• Develop business dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to provide visibility into supply chain performance.
• Manage finished goods and aged inventory, utilizing analytical techniques to recommend disposition strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or supply chain analytics.
• Strong experience with SQL and data extraction is required.
• Proficiency with advanced Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and demand forecasting methodologies.
