Salary: $106,800 - $160,000 per annum

What you will do
- Identify and implement process improvements to standardize supply chain workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable analyses.
- Develop quantitative models to evaluate scenarios, quantify trade-offs, and support planning decisions.
- Create scalable dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI for root-cause analysis.
- Support system enhancements by writing requirements, creating test cases, and managing UAT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, advanced Excel/VBA, and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and order management.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under applicable U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience with planning tools such as Kinaxis or Blue Yonder.
- AI/ML experience applied to supply chain analytics or automation.
