What you will do

• Own and evolve sourcing strategies for a global category to ensure scalability and support growth trajectories.
• Develop category roadmaps focusing on total cost of ownership, innovation, and risk mitigation.
• Build deep market intelligence regarding global supply markets, cost drivers, and capacity trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to align sourcing with product roadmaps.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key global suppliers, including performance assessments.
• Lead complex negotiations to secure best-in-class terms for pricing, delivery, and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain strategic sourcing.
• At least 3 years of experience managing global categories in a complex manufacturing or technology environment.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and financial impacts.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
