is a startup building AI solutions, seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive growth.
What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across paid and organic channels including search, social, email, and partnerships.
- Build campaign infrastructure: targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, conversion flows, and measurement.
- Run A/B tests, iterate quickly, and drive pipeline outcomes like CAC, CPL, CVR, ROAS, and attribution.
- Develop content strategy for thought leadership, case studies, and executive promotion on LinkedIn, blog, and video.
- Support relationship-driven GTM, executive introductions, and conference amplification.
- Shape marketing operations, budget, reporting, and team growth alongside leadership.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
- Proven track record executing campaigns across digital channels.
- Strong skills in paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), landing pages, conversion optimization, email marketing, analytics, and experimentation.
- Excellent writing for ads, emails, positioning, and thought leadership.
- Comfort with ambiguity, resourcefulness, and relationship management.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, or technical audiences.
- Building early marketing at startups (0→1 or 1→10).
- Basic creative skills or familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Looker, Webflow.
