TL;DR

Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations (AI): Own end-to-end campaign execution, measurement, and quality for highest-impact go-to-market programs with an accent on Marketo and Salesforce architecture, AI- and automation-led workflows, and funnel performance improvements. Focus on architecting scalable program structures, real-time operational support for launches, and driving continuous enhancements in lead lifecycle and revenue engine.

Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in San Francisco or Mountain View office)

Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 annually

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end build, launch, and QA for Tier 0 high-impact campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, including product drops, webinars, events, ABM, and partner programs.
  • Act as real-time operational partner to Demand Gen and SDR leaders during launches, handling content updates, list changes, and routing tweaks.
  • Architect and maintain campaign structures: program templates, channel taxonomies, UTMs, statuses, and success definitions across Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Manage lead lifecycle flows, campaign membership rules, and operational workflows impacting pipeline measurement and SDR follow-up.
  • Oversee MarTech stack for lead generation and follow-up, including Marketo, Goldcast, LeanData.
  • Contribute to cross-functional revenue engine improvements like lead prioritization, routing, scoring models, and attribution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand Gen operations in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record owning complex multi-channel campaign builds as Marketo/SFDC/Hubspot expert
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, opportunities, leads/contacts, reporting, and attribution
  • Strong communication to bridge marketers, SDRs, ops, and engineering
  • Comfort in fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, surfacing risks and tradeoffs
