What you will do
- Lead end-to-end hiring for Corporate Development and Go-To-Market teams, including M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Own multiple complex searches and partner closely with business leaders.
- Craft sourcing strategies to build high-quality, diverse pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.
- Shape recruiting processes, drive tool adoption, and mentor peers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years of in-house experience.
- Significant focus on Corporate Development and Go-To-Market roles required.
- Proven success managing senior or complex requisitions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/ATS systems.
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments.
