What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Development, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, including executive searches.
  • Build and maintain a robust network within the M&A and corporate strategy talent communities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to generate diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and data to track pipeline health and optimize search progress.
  • Mentor talent team members and drive adoption of ATS tools and improved processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in-house.
  • Proven ability to proactively build relationships and maintain long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates with the company culture.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments.

  • Direct industry experience in M&A or corporate development.
