What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Development, M&A, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, including executive searches.
- Build and maintain a robust network within the M&A and corporate strategy talent communities.
- Develop sourcing strategies to generate diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to VP- and C-suite hiring managers to influence hiring decisions.
- Utilize recruiting metrics and data to track pipeline health and optimize search progress.
- Mentor talent team members and drive adoption of ATS tools and improved processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in-house.
- Proven ability to proactively build relationships and maintain long-term candidate pipelines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates with the company culture.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments.
