Salary: $118,100 - $188,700 CAD

What you will do

• Design and execute global recruitment strategies for campus hiring, internships, and rotational programs.
• Lead, develop, and coach a global recruitment team across on-site and remote environments.
• Own the global early career strategy to support organizational growth and sustainable talent pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and academic institutions.
• Lead employer branding and candidate marketing initiatives targeting early career audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing on-site and remote teams of at least four recruiters.
• Demonstrated background in early career recruiting, including campus and internship programs.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems in high-volume environments.
• Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview methodologies.
• Strong ability to deliver strategic guidance to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Ottawa office three days per week.
