Salary: $118,100 - $188,700 CAD

What you will do
- Design and execute global recruitment strategies for campus hiring, internships, and rotational programs.
- Lead, develop, and coach a global recruitment team across on-site and remote environments.
- Own the global early career strategy to support organizational growth and sustainable talent pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and academic institutions.
- Lead employer branding and candidate marketing initiatives targeting early career audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing on-site and remote teams of at least four recruiters.
- Demonstrated background in early career recruiting, including campus and internship programs.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems in high-volume environments.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview methodologies.
- Strong ability to deliver strategic guidance to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Ottawa office three days per week.
