What you will do

• Configure and monitor procurement systems, including user roles, permissions, and workflows.
• Conduct UAT testing and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users globally.
• Ensure SOX compliance through accurate access controls and audit trails.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports to visualize spending and compliance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Master Data teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, IT, or 2–5 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator.
• In-depth knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience with system upgrades and data migrations.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance such as SOX, VAT, and Data Privacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP and finance systems.
• Coupa certifications.
