It Systems Support Engineer

TL;DR

IT Systems Support Engineer: Supporting end users and hardware across all regions to ensure consistent and reliable access to systems and services with an accent on managing and maintaining Smart resources within the IT department. Focus on ensuring devices remain compliant with Smart’s policies and configuration policies.

Location: Hybrid, minimum of 3 days per week onsite in London. Occasional travel to Poland & Spain is required.

What you will do

• Collaborate within the IT and Cyber team and across departments.
• Support and maintain systems, services, and processes within hirify.globals’ standards.
• Communicate issues, incidents, and problems effectively across the tech stack.
• Maintain documentation, registers, and CMDB artifacts to a high standard.
• Participate in incident management activities.
• Manage user and device lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of administering productivity and collaboration platforms including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge in the management of users, credentials, and access within Identity and Access Management platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms including InTune.
• High proficiency in working with Windows, MacOS, IOS and Android operating systems.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot issues for users and devices within EDR, web proxy, and traffic management tooling.
• Practical experience with the configuration of TCP/IP networking and VLANs in WAN/LAN environments.
