Location: Onsite in Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

  • Execute acquisition procedures for IT hardware, software, licenses, and related services.
  • Monitor license renewals, maintenance agreements, and contract expiration dates.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software/hardware inventory.
  • Coordinate purchasing processes for development equipment and studio IT infrastructure.
  • Support accounting processes related to fixed and intangible assets.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Security, and Procurement teams to optimize workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT asset management, software/license management, or IT procurement.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, licensing, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis (pivot tables, visualization).
  • Familiarity with BI systems and online reporting tools for asset inventory.
  • Knowledge of fixed asset and invoice processing principles.
  • Good command of English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP or procurement systems like SAP.
  • Ability to generate SQL-based database reports.
  • Hands-on knowledge of GLPI and OCS.
  • Knowledge of ITSM Tools.
  • Experience in the gaming or technology industry.
