What you will do
- Drive new annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth within a defined territory.
- Manage the full-cycle sales process for mid-market accounts (<3k mailboxes) from initial prospecting to contract signing.
- Prospect and generate a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities across various channels.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify and execute renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer for internal Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to influence prioritization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Boston region
- 2+ years of experience selling in the cybersecurity industry.
- 4+ years of experience in an individual contributor (IC) role.
- Proven track record of disciplined pipeline generation (prospecting, marketing, referrals, partners).
- Strong ability to qualify needs and present ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
Nice to have
- Training in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodologies.
