What you will do
- Drive alignment, engagement, and execution between and partner field sales teams.
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps within assigned verticals and regions.
- Analyze market trends, pipeline activity, and POS performance to develop actionable strategies.
- Execute initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth and increased market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop training programs, campaigns, and incentive initiatives.
- Own and deliver annual quota targets for POS growth and billings performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role.
- 5+ years of Channel Management experience within a medium or large B2B organization.
- Demonstrable knowledge of COGS, inventory profile management, POS, pricing strategies, and Sales Funnel management.
- Experience operating in a matrix environment and working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and channel go-to-market strategies.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
