What you will do

  • Drive alignment, engagement, and execution between hirify.global and partner field sales teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps within assigned verticals and regions.
  • Analyze market trends, pipeline activity, and POS performance to develop actionable strategies.
  • Execute initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth and increased market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop training programs, campaigns, and incentive initiatives.
  • Own and deliver annual quota targets for POS growth and billings performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role.
  • 5+ years of Channel Management experience within a medium or large B2B organization.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of COGS, inventory profile management, POS, pricing strategies, and Sales Funnel management.
  • Experience operating in a matrix environment and working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and channel go-to-market strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
