Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end from discovery to launch across trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage workflows.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing immediate delivery with long-term platform scalability.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financial partners to ensure successful product delivery.
• Track performance metrics and analyze adoption data to guide product iteration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or business analysis within fintech or financial services.
• Experience with financial products such as trading systems, payments, lending, or custody.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, including onboarding, transaction processing, and settlement.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech startups, digital assets, or blockchain platforms.
• Knowledge of API integrations or broker-dealer systems.
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as FINRA and SEC.
