What you will do

• Review and reconcile 401(k) customer and account data to ensure accuracy.
• Process customer transactions, including contributions and distributions.
• Trace transaction information through the recordkeeping lifecycle to identify root causes of issues.
• Build and maintain operational process and policy documentation.
• Provide transactional assistance to operations teams during high-volume periods or product development.
• Track high-level data on root cause analysis and financial impact to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in 401(k) or banking operations preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
