What you will do

• Build and optimize core operational processes across finance, go-to-market, and supply teams.
• Stand up and refine invoicing, billing systems, budgeting, and financial tracking.
• Align supply availability with sales pipeline and support pricing strategy/GPU financing.
• Onboard new suppliers and customers while improving operational workflows.
• Manage credit lines, organize/review business documentation, and ensure contract accuracy/compliance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in business operations, finance, consulting, or related roles
• Strong process orientation to build/optimize/scale workflows
• Experience with financial operations: invoicing, billing, budgeting, tracking
• Comfortable with financial data/models/analysis for decision-making
• Cross-functional work across finance, sales, operations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver in fast-paced startups

Nice to have

• Background in cloud infrastructure, data centers, GPUs
• Experience in marketplaces, supply/demand businesses
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing, infrastructure economics, capacity planning
• Go-to-market ops, sales pipeline, revenue operations
• Pricing strategy, margin analysis, GPU financing
• Early-stage/high-growth startup experience
