What you will do

• Support assigned financial advisors and their practices in daily service delivery and communication.
• Resolve operational issues and track workflows such as internal money movement and NIGO trends.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the advisor experience.
• Facilitate advisor onboarding, team training, and digital adoption of corporate platforms.
• Manage proactive communication, including scheduling meetings and coordinating newsletters.
• Conduct periodic in-person office visits on a rotating schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products including annuities, life/health insurance, mutual funds, and brokerage.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, e-app, SharePoint, and Chorus/AWD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy.
• Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefit structures).
