What you will do

• Lead discovery, research, ideation, and prototyping initiatives within cross-functional product teams.
• Partner with product managers and developers to transform customer and business challenges into impactful solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, customer interviews, and collaborative design sessions using the team’s Design Playbook.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product discovery and delivery processes.
• Leverage AI and LLM-based technologies to accelerate discovery, collaboration, and design workflows.
• Collaborate with other designers through regular critiques and feedback sessions to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products across the full lifecycle, from discovery to optimization.
• Experience leading user research initiatives and transforming insights into actionable product decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently lead workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for in-person discovery.

• Experience using AI and LLM-assisted tools for research, prototyping, or systems thinking.
• Experience evolving design systems at scale to improve consistency and reduce UX debt.
• Strong experience collaborating with development teams in agile environments.
• Experience leading in-person discovery sessions directly with strategic customers.
