What you will do

• Design user-centered experiences for complex digital products, balancing user needs, scientific rigor, and compliance requirements.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into prototypes and experiments to innovate business processes using AI.
• Evolve the design system to enable scalable and consistent experiences across multiple products and client solutions.
• Lead discovery and evaluative testing for AI experiences, including concept, usability, and preference tests.
• Create clear user journeys, workflows, and interface designs that support confident decision-making in regulated domains.
• Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, and domain experts to build UX guardrails and governance into the experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on complex enterprise web applications.
• 2+ years of experience operating in a Senior capacity.
• Experience designing GenAI features beyond simple chat interfaces and familiarity with AI UX concepts.
• Proven ability to design for trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, and accuracy.
• Strong interaction design skills and experience working in regulated or high-trust domains.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.
