What you will do

• Lead product design initiatives across the Agent Studio platform, covering Landing, Building, and Supervising phases.
• Define and promote the company-wide design system, ensuring alignment with brand, copy, and design standards.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define and shape overall product strategy.
• Advocate for users by developing and promoting a deep understanding of their needs across the company.
• Mentor Product Designers and improve internal design processes to elevate the organization's craft.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced environments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Staff Product Designer or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong expertise in UI, UX, and visual design, specifically in crafting complex enterprise flows.
• Proven ability to leverage AI for design acceleration and introduce AI-native workflows.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and evidence to drive design recommendations.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
