What you will do

• Lead end-to-end discovery and production for AI-powered experiences and digital products.
• Design seamless journeys that connect external entry points to core product surfaces.
• Develop prototypes to validate interaction patterns and ideas with users and engineers.
• Define priorities, success measures, and scope for complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
• Establish design patterns and improve consistency across AI-assisted product teams.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and strict regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital products within cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Figma and the use of AI tools to accelerate the design workflow.
• Understanding of designing for conversational and non-deterministic systems.
• Experience planning and running user research to inform design decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London.
