What you will do

• Lead small to medium-sized projects from ideation through to delivery with growing independence.
• Create high-quality UX/UI designs and prototypes to validate and iterate on user journeys.
• Integrate AI tools into the design lifecycle to optimize workflows and outputs.
• Contribute to and maintain the scalable design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to embed accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Partner with UXR/UXA to translate research insights into actionable product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional product design experience.
• Proven track record of contributing to multiple shipped projects with solid design craft.
• Strong expertise in visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and user research processes.
• Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and align diverse stakeholders.
