What you will do
- Own the design direction for GenAI-enabled experiences across enterprise web-app products, defining patterns for AI-assisted collaboration.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into prototypes and system-level interaction designs in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Lead discovery and evaluative testing (concept, usability, and preference tests) to drive actionable design decisions.
- Define success metrics and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative signals.
- Design UX guardrails and governance for trust and transparency in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec.
- Manage and mentor designers, strengthening their product thinking, interaction design, and AI UX craft.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience favoring complex enterprise web applications.
- 1 to 3+ years in a lead capacity (workstream or strategy ownership).
- Experience designing GenAI features beyond basic chat interfaces.
- Strong interaction design skills for simplifying complex workflows.
- Proven ability to conduct research workshops and synthesize insights to influence decisions.
- Experience working within regulated or high-trust domains.
