Salary: $68,281 (Base + Bonus)

What you will do

  • Drive sales culture and support office development to create new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound customer calls and emails related to technical support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training events at customer sites.
  • Organize office events and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with customer and company data.
  • Travel monthly to other offices to support national initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and manage office deliveries.
  • Willingness to travel monthly (1–2 overnight stays).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support.
