What you will do
- Lead digital go-to-market strategy across internal brand channels and customer-facing campaigns to drive measurable business impact.
- Own portfolio-level positioning, messaging, and value propositions for multiple solutions and buyer personas.
- Partner with sales and client-facing functions to refine messaging based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Translate market insights and audience data into compelling multi-channel campaigns and customer experiences.
- Lead strategic discussions, workshops, and presentations with clients to reinforce value positioning and differentiation.
- Coach and develop marketing team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, product, or portfolio marketing with success in GTM programs.
- Experience in complex, multi-solution B2B, SaaS, or data-driven marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, CMS, or analytics dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on-site in Jacksonville, Florida.
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, HubSpot, or Adobe.
- Training or certification from Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance.
