What you will do

• Define and execute product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the product portfolio.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Develop customer-facing content including datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate roadmaps into market-facing narratives.
• Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams through training and content development.
• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of product marketing programs using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of product marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• At least 3 years of strategic leadership experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
• Proven experience in the P&C insurance industry, specifically with core systems.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and exceptional storytelling abilities.

• Master’s degree (MBA or related field).
• Experience working with global teams and markets.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Pardot.
• Experience using AI tools for market research and content creation.
