Salary: $65k–$70k CAD annually + commissions

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary contact for renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and execute growth strategies through Quarterly Business Reviews and Product Innovation discussions.
- Own the renewal process, including contract negotiations, execution, and price adjustments.
- Develop proactive save plans to mitigate churn and address at-risk accounts.
- Coordinate resolutions for customer escalations with cross-functional partners in Customer Success and Product teams.
- Provide leadership with forecasts and data-driven insights on account health and revenue projections.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to drive renewals, expansion, and retention through consultative practices.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and customer engagement tools like ChurnZero, Salesloft, or Gong.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for strategy optimization.
