TL;DR
Account Executive (SaaS): Driving net-new revenue and expanding market share within SMB and Mid-Market segments with an accent on consultative sales and full-cycle deal management. Location: Hybrid role, regular in-office presence required in Toronto, ON
Compensation: $150,000 (base + commission)

What you will do
- Prospect and acquire new clients through outbound efforts and lead follow-up.
- Manage full sales cycles from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders using a consultative approach.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution development and deal execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience OR post-secondary education with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or E-Commerce industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
