What you will do
- Drive targeted outbound outreach to higher education institutions via email, phone, and social media.
- Personalize outreach strategies for stakeholders in Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services.
- Partner with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and refine territory plans.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on outreach volume and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging with campaigns and webinars.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada or the United States
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales development, BDR, or similar outbound-focused role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.
- High level of curiosity, coachability, and grit.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or the higher education sector.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
