What you will do

  • Drive targeted outbound outreach to higher education institutions via email, phone, and social media.
  • Personalize outreach strategies for stakeholders in Admissions, Financial Aid, and Student Services.
  • Partner with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and refine territory plans.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on outreach volume and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging with campaigns and webinars.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada or the United States
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales development, BDR, or similar outbound-focused role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • High level of curiosity, coachability, and grit.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or the higher education sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
