TL;DR

Business Development Representative (EMEA): Driving outbound pipeline generation and establishing hirify.global's presence in the UK and Ireland with an accent on strategic outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement. Focus on shaping outbound strategy, testing new approaches, and ensuring Account Executives are engaging the right accounts.

Location: Hybrid in London, England.

Salary: $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus

What you will do

  • Drive outbound pipeline generation through strategic prospecting efforts.
  • Shape how hirify.global breaks into new accounts and markets.
  • Meet or exceed goals for outreach activity, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
  • Personalize outreach to resonate with European buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Surface market insights to refine targeting and messaging.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in European markets.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.
  • Confidence in cold calling and high-volume outreach environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

  • Background in HR tech, payroll, or workforce solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage, or scaling environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Resilient and positive.
  • Competitive, with a strong drive to exceed targets while remaining highly collaborative.
