Salary: $87,400 – $128,500 USD (based on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Drive operational performance across multiple BPO sites and hold partners accountable to KPIs.
  • Develop and lead rigorous operating cadences, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze dashboards and escalations to design and execute performance improvement plans.
  • Standardize and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency across all card operations.
  • Partner with Workforce Management to forecast headcount needs and ensure contract adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer and virtual card experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Python.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of operational efficiency and vendor management best practices.
