Salary: $141,800–$173,300 annually.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure services using modern engineering practices.
• Lead engineering workstreams, guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and the implementation of clean design principles.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical roadmaps and long-term strategy.
• Mentor junior developers and SDETs through pairing and knowledge-sharing.
• Optimize system performance and automate processes to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.
• Minimum five years of experience designing software and writing production code.
• Expertise in one of the following: .NET/C#, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python.
• Proven experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of secure development practices and static analysis tools.
• Proficiency in CI/CD systems, YAML pipelines, and Test Driven Development.

Nice to have

• Experience with full-stack development across modern UI frameworks and backend APIs.
• Knowledge of Java Spring Boot and mobile technologies like React Native or Flutter.
• Experience with cloud-hosted SQL and NoSQL data stores.
