What you will do
- Define and execute the EMEA GSI strategy, including partner segmentation and prioritization.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships (C-suite) with top-tier GSIs such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, and Accenture.
- Establish joint business plans covering multi-year revenue targets, industry use cases, and geographic expansion.
- Drive EMEA GTM strategy and execution in tight alignment with regional leadership to accelerate pipeline creation.
- Lead EMEA governance frameworks, including executive steering committees and QBRs.
- Scale partner-enabled revenue by building repeatable industry solutions, delivery models, and service offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting.
- Proven track record of building and scaling global partnerships that drive measurable revenue.
- Deep understanding of GSI operating models and how they scale transformation programs globally.
- Demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
- Leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams in a player/coach environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from London on a hybrid basis.
Nice to have
- Prior leadership experience working within a top-tier GSI (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC).
- Experience in enterprise planning, FP&A, ERP, or digital transformation ecosystems.
- Background in scaling alliances within a high-growth or category-defining SaaS company.
- Strong existing network of senior relationships across GSIs and the enterprise technology ecosystem.
