Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Austin, Texas or London. Role requires on-site presence three days per week (Mon, Tue, Thu).

What you will do
- Define and execute a multi-year revenue enablement roadmap aligned with GTM priorities.
- Lead and grow a global team of enablement specialists across multiple regions.
- Design role-based onboarding and continuous readiness programs for Sales, CS, and Partner teams.
- Create technical playbooks and content tailored for developer, platform engineering, and security audiences.
- Modernize the enablement tech stack, including LMS, CMS, and AI-powered sales tools.
- Measure enablement impact through data-driven dashboards linked to quota attainment and win rates.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS revenue or sales enablement, with 4+ years in a global leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving ramp time and quota attainment through structured programs.
- Experience enabling GTM teams selling technical products to developer, DevOps, or security buyers.
- Hands-on expertise with modern enablement tech stacks and integrating AI into seller workflows.
- Fluency in structured qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin or London for on-site collaboration.
