What you will do

  • Own and expand relationships with assigned GSIs (e.g., Kyndryl, TCS, Deloitte) focusing on joint solution development and pipeline creation.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and product teams to develop GSI-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), joint account planning, and executive engagement with partner stakeholders.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced and influenced pipelines, forecasting performance against KPIs.
  • Enable GSI field teams through training, tools, and incentives to promote the platform.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales, alliances, or partner management with GSIs or large consulting firms.
  • Proven experience generating revenue through joint sales or partner-led opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem and global service delivery models.
  • Experience with cybersecurity or cloud technology.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and cultures.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace and co-sell programs.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into value-based messaging for GSIs and customers.
