Director of GTM Enablement (SaaS): Designing and leading the global enablement strategy for all customer-facing roles with an accent on scalable onboarding, certification, and revenue productivity. Focus on driving the adoption of GTM tech stacks and AI-enabled workflows to optimize ramp time and retention.

What you will do

Define and lead the global enablement strategy across all customer-facing roles (AEs, BDRs, AMs, and CSMs).
Build and scale role-based onboarding, ramp, certification, and continuous development programs.
Drive the adoption and effectiveness of the GTM tech stack and AI-enabled workflows.
Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align messaging and field execution.
Own enablement metrics such as ramp time, productivity, win rates, and pipeline conversion.
Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals across the UK and US.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue, sales, or GTM enablement.
3+ years of experience leading and developing enablement teams.
Mandatory experience working in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of building and scaling role-based enablement programs.
Experience driving adoption of GTM tech stacks and AI-enabled workflows.
Must be based in the UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
