Location: Remote (US West Coast) / Based in San Francisco

Salary: $200,000 – $240,000 OTE

What you will do

• Design, build, and present custom demonstrations of the hirify.global platform using a prospect’s own contracts and workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal partners to drive the technical evaluation and sales process.
• Build strategic relationships with high-value prospects to help them evaluate and select the platform.
• Translate challenging technical requirements from the market into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to support pipeline-generating activities and overall team success.
• Work with enterprise architecture and business value engineers to build strong business cases for prospects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Enterprise Solution Engineering experience.
• Must be based on the US West Coast.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to empathize with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technical configuration and a strong appetite for developing new technical skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes independently and make trade-offs based on incomplete data.
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
