Solution Consultant (EMEA)

What you will do

• Lead tailored product demos and best-practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders.
• Own enterprise trials and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring technical success, adoption, and measurable value.
• Support new business and upsell opportunities throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Map customer workflows, lead discovery conversations, and translate technical capabilities into commercial benefits.
• Design implementation plans and solve integration challenges involving APIs and customer risk and compliance architectures.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests while supporting strategic partners, product teams, research, and policy initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales within crypto/blockchain, fintech, or RegTech.
• Strong understanding of crypto compliance, including AML, sanctions, VASPs, and MiCA.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise demos, PoCs, trials, APIs, integration workflows, and complex technology implementations.
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian is required.
• Strong discovery, consultative selling, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience improving demo environments, workflows, customer playbooks, and reusable content.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain analytics, crypto transaction tracing, or on-chain intelligence.
• Fluency in an additional language.
• Experience automating processes with AI, scripting, or productivity tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, AI-enhanced productivity apps, Zapier, Notion, and data visualization tools.
• Coding or scripting experience with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation, API testing, or prototyping.
