TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Specialist: Proactively sourcing, attracting, and engaging qualified talent to support workforce needs with an accent on building candidate pipelines and partnering with hiring managers. Focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from screening and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Marietta, GA office (Hybrid/Onsite)

What you will do

  • Strategically source and recruit active and passive candidates through cost-effective channels.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates, assess qualifications, and facilitate the selection process with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and internal teams.
  • Extend employment offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Support early career recruiting efforts, including university outreach and internship programs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional recruiting or staffing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and applicant tracking systems.
  • Must be able to work from the Marietta, GA office.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and advanced sourcing strategies.
